It fits right in my backpack, so my brain basically checks it off as one less thing to worry about. I just toss it in and head out.

It works fine overall, but the speed settings feel kind of limited, honestly. Switching between them isn’t always smooth either, which surprised me a bit?! I expected that part to be easier.

They did fix my issue under warranty quickly and there wasn’t much hassle with the process. That said, I did feel a little dismissed when I first explained what was going on, like they just wanted to move me along. In the end it was handled, but the experience could’ve felt a bit more personal.

I picked up the Sublue scooter mostly just to mess around at the beach, the power kind of surprised me. For something this small, it seems to pull well, even when I’ve got fins on and I’m carrying a little camera.

The battery life and speed feel good enough for normal casual use, though I probably wouldn’t think of it as serious pro-diving gear or anything. Still, for its size, it has more push than I expected and makes swimming around feel a lot easier and less tiring. I’m happy with it so far.

I picked up one of their underwater scooters it is fun once you get going. It moves straight without much trouble, but turning took me longer to get used to than I expected. In tighter spots, especially around rocks or when other people are nearby, it can feel awkward and clunky.

I mentioned it because I thought maybe there was a trick to handling it better, but I kind of felt brushed off, like it was just me not using it right. It is not a bad scooter overall, I just wish it felt a little easier to control out of the box.

I plugged it in after using it, expecting the usual long waiting game, and then somehow it was ready to go again way sooner than my old one ever was. It’s kind of a game changer because I don’t have to plan my whole day around charging it. No problems so far, and I’m really happy with it.

I had to return my order, and it went smoother than I expected. Support got back to me quickly and the instructions were clear. I still wish I didn’t have to go through the whole packing-it-up-and-sending-it-back routine, because that part is always annoying, but the refund showed up after a few days with no real hassle.

I really expected this to last longer, but the battery dies way too fast. Come on now, I shouldn’t have to keep charging it this often.

I’ve taken this snorkeling twice now, and I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get it. My camera stayed locked in the whole time with no wobbling or shaking loose, even when I bumped it a couple times. The mount feels really solid and stayed tight throughout. Happy with it.

The box showed up dented, which was kind of disappointing. The packaging was just okay, I guess, but I’m not really sure how it got so banged up??

It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much, but it feels a bit too heavy for me. Like, why does something I’m supposed to use regularly have to feel like a mini workout every time? It’s not a dealbreaker, but I definitely noticed it right away.

I was browsing the site and it just felt kind of messy to me. The colors and all that didn’t really fit together, and the overall design feels a little dated. It’s not terrible, but this and that could definitely be cleaned up a bit.

It does work okay, so maybe I’m being too picky, but I was surprised by how loud it is. I figured once it was in the pool the noise wouldn’t be that noticeable, but I can hear it clearly and it kind of takes away from the relaxing vibe. For the price, I guess I expected it to feel a little more refined. It’s not awful, and maybe other people wouldn’t mind it as much, but it’s just too loud for me...

I brought it in because it needed to be fixed, and the whole repair process took way longer than I thought it would. After waiting all that time, I was really hoping it would come back working properly, but unfortunately it still isn’t working right. It’s frustrating because I feel like I waited a long time and still ended up with the same kind of problem.

The product itself does what it’s supposed to do, so no complaints there. But the app connection is frustrating. Sometimes it pairs right away, and other times I’m stuck turning Bluetooth off and on or closing and reopening the app like three times just to get it to connect. It’s not a total dealbreaker, but for something I use regularly, I really wish it was more reliable and less of a hassle.

The steps were simple without being overcomplicated, and everything worked fine for me. Overall, happy with the experience.
